"Baptisms to double! Things are going very well here on the blustery coast. Mark Lambert got baptized on Saturday and we're planning 2 more before the end of the moves. Yesterday was Zone Conference and President Wright of the Norwich Stake spoke. It was extremely powerful. I love the Norwich Stake. The Gospel is alive and well despite the wickedness of the world.
In Lowestoft Ward there were 3 baptisms last year. 1 is not active and the other two were baptized on December 31st.
I am the oldest sister in the mission. The next one to go home is me. It's a little bit freaky. Sister Christensen and Sister Anyanwu are getting married on the same day, January 4, 2008 and I only have 2 zone conferences left. I have decided to put all this aside and continue to focus on finding the pure in heart that will be baptized before 1 January. I love you loads. Thanks for the package. Love, Sister Cannon"
